Sheen 'used weapon during assault'

Actor Charlie Sheen has been accused of using a weapon in an alleged case of domestic violence in Aspen, Colorado.
Sheen, 44, spent part of Christmas Day in jail after being arrested at a home in the ski resort town.
Police spokeswoman Stephanie Dasaro did not provide details on what kind of weapon Sheen was accused of using.
Sheen was also arrested on investigation of second-degree assault, a felony, and criminal mischief, a misdemeanour.
He was released on Friday after posting bond.
Prosecutors said later they probably will not decide until February whether to file charges against the actor.
Sheen's next court appearance is February 8, and no decision on whether to prosecute him is expected until shortly before that.
