Three men are accused of stealing cars
THREE MEN accused of stealing cars in Co Louth will have their cases heard at the circuit court after the DPP directed trial on indictment.
Martin Mcdonagh, ( 24), and Thomas Mcdonagh ( 25), both with an address at 2 Tara Lawns, Belcamp Lane, Dublin, and Paddy Mcdonagh (25), 10 Tara Lawns, Belcamp Lane, Dublin, are all charged with the theft of a car at the M1, Oldbridge, Drogheda and at Marshes Upper, Dundalk, on July 7th.
Inspector Leo Mcginn said the DPP had directed trial on indictment and a book of evidence would be prepared.
The case was adjourned to March 14th.
